Jin's love for "world star-class" fans after riding the carousel 100 times

BTS's Jin heartfelt fan event has ended successfully.

Jin hosted "Merry Run Around" at the Lotte World Adventure Carousel in Songpa-gu, Seoul on the morning of the 24th. This special fan event was part of a face-to-face fan signing event to commemorate the release of his solo album "Happy." Jin revealed a warm response from global fans even before it started as he was the first K-Pop artist to hold a fan signing at a carousel.

Before the opening time of Lotte World, Jin met with 50 fans and said, "I wanted to do a fan signing event, but I thought it wouldn't be fun if I just do it, so I came up with this idea. I hope you like it." He then met every fan on rotating carousel and created a scene full of laughter by wearing various fan signing items prepared by ARMY.

Especially in this fan event, Jin's love for his world-class fans was shown generously at this fan event. Originally, the event was held by Jin and his fans on a one by one carousel. However, Jin requested that each of them ride two laps together, saying that he didn't have enough time to talk to the fans. Jin met his fans by going around the carousel for over 100 laps.

After the event, Jin shared his thought, saying, "If I had to pick the happiest moments (after my discharge), they would be '2024 BTS FESTA' on June 13th and the fan showcase to commemorate the release of 'Happy' last week. I think that I have to work hard so that you can be happy and have fun. I will work harder so that we can meet more often in the future." In addition, Jin prepared Lotte World free passes and special gifts for all fans who visited the site.

The venue of this special fan event is all the more meaningful is because it goes well with the main concept of the new album "Happy." It is known that Jin came up with the idea himself to create special memories with fans.

Meanwhile, Jin is cruising the global chart with his first solo album "Happy," which was released on the 15th, "Happy" topped Japan's Oricon Weekly Digital Album Ranking (counting period November 11th - 17th) with just three days of counting. The title song of the album, "Running Wild," achieved his best solo ranking on Spotify Daily Top Song Global (8th) and the UK Official Singles Chart (25th) shortly after its release.
